Objectives

Travel Weekly's core objective was to glean editorial content from our quality data, which we provided on a weekly basis, as part of an on-going partnership.

Methodology

We conducted 500 online interviews with a representative sample of the British population each weekend. We provided the client with results and top line headlines each Monday morning ready for inclusion in their Wednesday publication.

Results

Fast turnaround and close client liaison enabled us to give hot-off-the-press figures to support Travel Weekly's headlining articles, as well as standalone sound bites, to provide front line industry staff with the up-to-date information they needed.

Topics have included:

  • Holidaying in the UK
  • Compensation for airline delays
  • Priorities for family holidays overseas
  • Effects of review sites on holiday bookings
  • Consumer confidence and spending plans for 2013
