Charging Power

This location can provide up to 51kW of charging power to your EV, depending on how much it requests, giving you up to 165 miles of range in a short 20-minute stop.

You won’t need your own charging cable, they’re attached to the charger here.

Not getting the speed you expected?
This is likely because your EV’s battery is too cold or too full. Your EV will ask for less charging power if they’re still warming up, and will naturally slow down as it fills up.

Park fully within the charging bay. The number of charging bays at a Hub indicate how many EVs can all charge at once.
Plug in to your EV – be firm and ensure it is fully plugged-in
Pay by tapping your Contactless card, Be.EV or roaming partner Charge Card (RFID) or by starting the charger you’re plugged into on your Be.EV app/roaming partner app.
After a few moments, the electrons will start flowing! Remember, you can monitor your charging session live in your Be.EV app, or by scanning the on-screen QR code on certain chargers.
Once you’re done, end the charge the way you first paid – either by re-tapping your Contactless card / Charge Card, or by ending the session on your Be.EV/roaming partner app. Remember, you can end your charge at any time as soon as you’re ready to hit the road.

Can’t unplug?
Make sure your charging session has definitely ended (the charger light will return to green from blue), then try locking/unlocking your EV 5 times and unplugging firmly.
